GoLite Adrenaline 0
I cannot believe how accurate the temp rating on this bag is. I spent a recent weekend in the Montana cold with this bag and was blown away at how warm it was.
Temps for this trip dropped down to 5 degrees at night. I wore my wool baselayers, a hat and socks. I imagine that the temp could have dropped another 10 degrees and I still would have been warm enough. The pertex endurance shell kept the condensation from soaking my feet and head.
This bag is cut fairly tight and you can tell the design goal is maximum efficiency. I really like the internal draft collar and double draft tubes (one over, one under) on the zipper. The half length top zip was very comfortable when lounging in the tent at night sitting up and playing cards. There is also a generously filled draft tube around the perimeter of the small face hole.
The shell fabric is quite thin but seems to be fairly tough for its weight. The liner fabric feels very silky and soft against the skin. The down lofts up very quick after being packed in the relatively small silnylon stuff sack. I think Golite has done a great job, on a very light, warm, beutiful bag at a fairly reasonable price (For a bag in this category). It is not the cheapest bag out there but it performs incredibly well, and keeps you warm when the temp drops.
