This bag has become a life saver. I have a laptop that I need to get to and from work, additionally, I am a graduate student toting a bunch of heavy books. My normal, over the shoulder bag was killing my back. I am from Boulder Colorado and dont want a stuffy looking executive bag a rolling backpack is perfect for this granola.

Bought this for my 6th grade son as laptops are required at his middle school. First off, it was kind of difficult to slide the laptop into its section if the main compartment already had books in it. By 6 weeks into the school year 2 of the zippers had failed and the handle didn't extend all the way. By winter break (4 months after purchase) the handle fell apart completely and we had to buy a new backpack. Also during that time the laptop suffered a cracked screen. I think the fact that the laptop compartment in the back allows all the weight of the books to rest on the computer contributed to this. His new backback has the laptop compartment in the front, which seems like a much smarter design to me.
